Integrity Alternating Air Cushion
Integrity Alternating Pressure Cushion is an alternating Pressure cushion suitable for people who already have, or are at very high risk of, tissue damage due to pressure ulcers. It is an air filled cushion, which automatically, through a process of inflation and deflation, alternates the areas of patients skin which are bearing load against the cushion surface.
The cushion uses small cell technology to provide excellent pressure relief without excessive movement.
Integrity is now available on The NHS Supply Chain Framework agreement for the provision of pressure area care goods and services and NHSSBS Contract.
The cushion can use a simple stand alone pump, or the same pump as the Integrity Dynamic Mattress. The cushion won’t lose air after air connections are unplugged. It can be used with the same pump as the integrity dynamic mattress so if patients are using both products the pump can be shared between both products and the air connectors switched with usage as appropriate.
This product includes a simple pump.
